Given a need of today's complex chemical plant, it is indeed essential to develop a ready made tool to develop the connectivity and startup procedure and help to make the plant operation easier. This project is an attempt towards developing such tool, which if used effectively can lead to increased productivity and will help in efficient and safe plant operation. The following methodology has been adopted . |

Operating procedure synthesis for all the chemical process equipment.

To give offline startup and shutdown procedure for the flowsheet developed.

Waste paper is pulped, reinforced it with jute fibers, depending on the product i.e. sheet board / molded articles, it is blended with different strengthening agents, finally, surface sizing compounds are added (monitoring other para meters such as pH), to obtain the desired property. |

The back end of the project is an optimization of process requirements to attain
the maximum quality desired product keeping its cost in mind. |
